Gorgeous large grey with white designs clay bead from Mali about 25 mm in diameter. The bead is dusted with a white powder that settles into the engraved design. You can brush off the excess powder with a soft cloth. If you actually wash the bead it will change the look quite a bit, the grey is quite dark and the white powder can wash away just staying in the designs. Fun addition to any earthy project! -
